Sign up here for our Virtual Land's End to John O'Groats Challenge, a 1,408km route covering the length of Great Britain from the south-west to the north-east.

Did you know? In the equivalent number of minutes - 1,408 - (that's less than 24 hours), it is estimated that 54 African elephants, on average, are lost to poaching in the wild.

By taking on this End to End challenge you'll be helping to put an end to illegal willdife crime. Your £21 registration fee covers the cost of the platform (£6) with the rest going to our 21 For 21 Project Fund which helps to safeguard vulnerable species around the world. To find out more about the projects you'll be supporting click here.

You can sign up as an individual or team. You can run/walk/cycle. There is no set date for this challenge - it is available to be enjoyed throughout 2021 at a time and place of your choosing and broken down into stages of days/weeks to suit you.

You and your supporters can follow your progress on a real-time map as the distances you run/walk/cycle are tracked by the app Strava. You will be shown how to set this up when you register for the event.

As you pass important milestones and landmarks we will email you a progress update.

If you raise more than £250 per person you will receive complimentary membership of the Explorers Against Extinction Explorer Club for a year, giving you exclusive updates on the 21 For 21 campaign, a free ticket to the Explorers Against Extinction annual event at the Royal Geographical Society, London in November and other benefits.
